Account Executive

职责:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounting documents and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and statements.
  • Support the account team in processing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and organization of accounting records.
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding billing, collections, and payments.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office coordination when needed.
  • Work collaboratively within the account team to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

要求:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Other Skills:
  • 1.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 2.Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • 3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 4.Good communication skills to liaise with internal staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • 5.Responsible and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
