职责:
- Handle daily accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounting documents and transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and statements.
- Support the account team in processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and organization of accounting records.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding billing, collections, and payments.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office coordination when needed.
- Work collaboratively within the account team to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
要求:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Other Skills:
- 1.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 2.Good organizational and time-management skills.
- 3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 4.Good communication skills to liaise with internal staff, suppliers, and clients.
- 5.Responsible and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
