Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- 1) Plan and execute recruitment and selection process, to meet hiring needs.
- 2) Ensure and involve in the process of staffing documentation and prepare reports such as staff boarding in, recruitment, transfer, resignation, termination, etc.
- 3) Handle industrial relations matters such as disputes, poor performance, grievances etc and comply with company policies and labour laws.
- 4) Monitor and coordinate manpower planning as per Company’s direction.
- Organize and maintain an accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records.
- 5) Liaise with relevant authorities with regard to statutory regulations and HR-related matters.
- 6) Assist Legal Officer as and when needed on debt recovery & rented property matters.
- 7) Perform HR projects to achieve company's target and plans
Requirements:
- 1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- 3) Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- 4) Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels.
- 5) Knowledge on regulating statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax.
- 6) Knowledge on Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.

Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
